Extra heavy duty brush provided. As most brushes wear quickly the spray tips get closer to the surface being cleaned. This reduces the width of the spray and results in poor cleaning. Resulting in longer time to get the job done.
*********** Designed for use with pressure washers of 3000 PSI @ 5 GPM and higher.

White Glider Surface Cleaner Development

We started the WHITE GLIDER design by creating a unit that weighs only 42 pounds.

We then designed a one-piece spray-bar from solid 7/8 diameter 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum bar.

We machined the spray tip orientation into the solid spray bar so that it can never be knocked out of orientation and almost is impossible to bend.

We designed it with a spun 1/8" thick aluminum cover because other units that are being manufactured by competitors from ABS plastic are cracking and warping after months of use in the sun and elements. The warping causes the spray bar to drop lower toward the surface being cleaned and loses efficiency because the nozzles are too close to that surface. Also the bar can drop unevenly so that one nozzle is closer to the ground than the other. Since it is the force coming from the nozzles that drives the spinning action, the uneven nozzles cause the unit to clean poorly.

Replacing Worn Surface Cleaner Brushes

Many equipment operators don’t realize the importance of replacing worn brushes on surface cleaners. As the brush wears, the nozzles get closer to the surface being cleaned. ¾” of wear can reduce the spray width by 30% causing the cleaning job to take much longer to complete. The cost of not replacing a worn brush can add additional hours to cleaning operations.

Our brushes are heavy duty & less expensive to replace.
