This
Quick Change Lance System is for
the equipment operator that desires the very best available.
When the system is assembled it is rigid and durable. The
different length lances are changed by unscrewing the brass
nut and screwing another lance onto the gun adapter. The gun
requires a Gun Adapter & each lance requires one each
of a Stop Tube, Knurled Brass Nut and Lance Plug.
ASSEMBLY:
- A
Gun Adapter part number QCL-100-03
is screwed into the gun
- A
Neoprene Stop Tube part number QCL-100-04
is then pushed onto each lance with approximately
1” of lance end exposed. The purpose of this tube is to
keep the nut from sliding down the lance when the assembly
is removed from the gun.
- Then
slide a Knurled Brass Nut part number QCL-100-01
onto each lance up to the stop tube.
- Each
lance is then screwed into a Lance Plug
part number QCL-100-02.
- The
desired lance assembly is then screwed onto the Gun Adapter
that was previously installed into the trigger gun.
